Hey, everyone. @amirtheawesome1 here. The first week had a few stumbles but we managed to finish one week with 41 official entries. The reason I am saying "official" is to distinguish those who wrote posts with no intention of being a part of the Rumble and those who intended to participate in the Rumble but failed to meet the rules from those who intended to join the Rumble, read the rules, and followed them.

To make things as simple as possible as droppithe link seems to be the main issue; drop the comments only under the pinned post. Participants could link the pinned post instead of the original announcement to make it easier.

Everyone attempting to join the contest should check the community in general and the pinned posts in specific as updates do occur.

Now, The Winners

The Comedy Title: @oldsoulnewb is the first evefirst-everitle holder!!! This however puts a huge target on his back and week 1 participants have to come up with a funnier post than his.

10 HBD + 20 Listnerds will be sent to @oldsoulnewb

The Longest Laugh: 25 Hive + 35 Listnerds given by the end of the contest.

@oldsoulnewb is the current holder but the title is still up for grab!

The COMedy Counter: 15 Hive + 25 Listnerds given by the end of the contest.

@merit.ahama currently leads the charge on this one with @nelson-george chasing her.

The COMedy Average: 20 Hive + 30 Listnerds given by the end of the contest.

@merit.ahama is also in the lead with @nelson-george, although it should be noted that they're the only two eligible people for this prize. They will have fierce competition as soon people drop more posts.

The COMedy Nerd 30 Hive + 10 HBD + 50 Listnerds given by the end of the contest.

Once again @merit.ahama and @princessbusayo are leading in this category as not only they have been dropping excellent posts but they have been quite the active and engaging force throughout the Rumble!

SurPrize Winners

First of all, each of the winners or those on the road to win certain prizes will each receive 20 Listnerds + 2 Hive. Also, @winniecorp and @zyzymena as their posts were less than inches away from winning that Comedy Title.

Finally, a weekly random draw was conducted for those who joined us in Listnerds and the winner was @merit.ahama with a 50 Listnerds reward.

There will be more weekly draws with 100 Listnerds in rewards, however, to be eligible for those you'd have to do more than just join Listnerds but actually mail your COMedy Rumble post there.

All the rewards here and from the weekly showcase will be sent on Friday.
