My MUSHY medley entry for The Plant Based Challenge 👨🏿🍳 Week #30
Well hello there everyone in the #plantPOWER community.
I hope that you are all well and ready to read a thrilling real crime drama for my entry into the The Plant Based Challenge 👨🏿🍳 Week #30 by 
The occupant of the house wake suddenly in the middle of the night as she hears noises coming from the kitchen so she quietly gets out of bed and tiptoes down the hallway and pokes her head around the corner.
From her vantage point sees these dark shapes skulking around in her kitchen, knowing full well that they are up to no good.
She calls the police and after some investigation Detectives Buckwheat, Chickpea and Coconut bring in these suspects for a lineup as the victim identifies each one as the perpetrators.
The police reach out to the public with a plea for all witnesses to come forward who can identify these 4 suspects, known local locally as the infamous Fungi family.
Detectives Buckwheat, Chickpea and Coconut also bring in another group of crooks to lineup in the viewing room as they have discovered through the markets, that these guys are accessories to the crime too.
The have identified the one to the left as the brains of the operation and the one on his right as his strongarm man.
They also bring in another suspect, the well known standup man.
Upon closer investigation, they see that the standup man has a lot of dirt of him that they believe that they can use to convict him in the case.
The Detectives have already rounded up this very tight crew of conman and believe that they too had something to do with the break in.
After the lineups, the detective separate each one to see if they will dob each other in, putting them through the wringer and giving them a good shake down before putting them all into the frypan to see who heats up and cracks first.
Not long after, it is obvious that none of them can stand the heat and they all fry
When the grilling has been done the detectives on the case then send them into the general population of the prison to mix in with the flours- a group of notorious flour fiends.
Soon, they are completely mixed up with the flour gang, who are joined with The Garlic, an old salt and flakey onionbits
During this period, the suspects are now charged with the crime of all being so good for your health and mixed together forever.
Not long afterwards, Prison Warden P.L.C Creamy goes around to see them for a visit.
Making sure that the new inmates are settling into prison life with the Chia guards
Making sure that they're all mixing well and no one's being flattened except for the flour gang,
He notes that the Fungi family have taken over the Flour gang, using Strongman, Standupman and their flunkies to keep the flour gang on the bottom.
While the Fungi family sit on top, like the new prison royalty, the brains of the gang is nowhere to be seen.
Satisfied, as he's being paid by the Brains to look the other way, he nods his head as he walks off, knowing that they are all going to be in there 'oven' for quite a while.
Even though they are being experimented upon, atleast they're getting good meals in his prison-
Like this mushroom based, savoury veggie, chia pudding cake, solid looking on the outside and creamy, soft on the inside, just like his ethics.
CASE CLOSED.
