W sumie to taka zima mi się podoba. Gdy rano jechałem do pracy, widziałem zamarznięte szyby w samochodach, temperatura była poniżej zera. Trochę mnie to wystraszyło, że będzie zimno, kiedy wyjdę na przerwę pobiegać. Generalnie nie sprawdzam prognozy pogody, bo hołduje zasadzie, że nie ma złej pogody, jest tylko nieodpowiedni strój do wyjścia na dwór. Specjalistką od prognozy pogody jest moja żona, to ona zwykle ostrzega mnie przed nagłymi zmianami w pogodzie.
[ENG] All in all, this is the kind of winter I like. When I drove to work this morning, I saw the windows of the cars were frozen and the temperature was below zero. I was a bit worried that it would be cold when I went out for a run. I don't usually check the weather forecast because I believe there's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes to go out in. The weather specialist is my wife, she is usually the one to warn me of sudden changes in the weather.
Około 11 wyszedłem na przerwę i zaskoczyła mnie piękna wiosenna pogoda, słupek rtęci w termometrze wzrósł od rana o ponad 10 stopni. Taką pogodę to ja lubię do biegania. Nie przeszkadzało mi, że Garmin nie miał dla mnie żadnej propozycji treningu. Ruszyłem przed siebie z założeniem, że powtórzę piątkowy dystans. Prawie się udało.
[ENG] At about 11 o'clock I went out for a break and was surprised by the beautiful spring weather, the bar of the mercury on the thermometer had risen by more than 10 degrees since the morning. This is the kind of weather I like for running. I didn't mind that the Garmin didn't give me any training suggestions. I set off on the assumption that I would repeat Friday's distance. I almost did.
