[ENG] Yesterday autumn began in earnest. I don't know if that was the reason for my feeling terrible all day. Very strong wind and occasional rain. Not much to complain about for Belgian conditions, there have been much worse years ago. I dropped my daughter off at the train in the morning and set off for a walk, but the weather suddenly turned bad and I ran home soaking wet. Only an hour later it was clear. I felt a pity to waste time at home, so I decided to go for a jog in the forest, thinking that even if it started raining again, the leaves on the trees would protect me.
[ENG] I have noticed that I get tired quickly when running in this forest. I don't know what is causing this. Last time I ran around the neighborhood around my house, I ran 5 km with no problem, but yesterday after 3 km I was already extremely tired. I took a short break and only then was able to continue, in return the last kilometre was much faster. In the evening I had planned to go for a walk during my break at work, but a moment after I left a colleague called to say that I had to go back to the office because something was going on. By the time I mastered the crisis at work it was too late to make up for yesterday's steps.
