My wife made me very happy the other night when she made one of my favorite meals – Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Coleslaw!
She cooked the pork shoulder in the crock pot slow cooker this time, and used my favorite barbeque sauce – Sweet Baby Rays. After a long time in there, she pulled the pork apart with forks and added the barbeque sauce. After letting it marinade together for another 30 mins, it was ready!
The coleslaw she made is my favorite recipe from Betty Croker. It is a heavier version and is very creamy – so delicious. A triple batch was made so I enjoyed leftovers for a few days as well!
