A delicious food to home...
Pasta :
- 2 liters of water
- 1 kg of sifted wheat flour
- 2 chicken broths
- 1 spoonful of margarine
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 spoonful of colorific
Filling:
- 1 kg cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 2 chopped medium onions
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- chopped red pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
Salt to taste - color to taste
- oil or olive oil
To bread:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 liter of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 2 kg of bread flour
