¿Que tal chicos y chicas de swc?,aquí Blas-training una vez por la comunidad,el día de hoy les traigo un súper set o wod el cual consiste en dos simples ejercicios como lo son Pull ups y las Muscle ups ,todo esto completa un súper wod el cual la verdad me gusta mucho siempre me deja cansado y la verdad si te gusta la resistencia y quieres conseguir más resistencia este es el wod indicado,o simplemente usar este wod cómo ejemplo y idear uno más a tu nivel dicho esto vayamos con la rutina.
