ingredients:
4 tablespoons of versatile flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons milk powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 grams dark cooking chocolate
3 tbsp butter or margarine
4 tbsp sugar
1 egg
Meises or cheese to taste as a topping
How to make:
First, set aside wheat flour, cocoa powder, milk powder and baking powder.
Butter / margarine team until melted, remove, and chill for a while.
While waiting for cold butter, beat the eggs and sugar until bubbly. After that add the mixture of flour and other ingredients, mix well.
