Set de entrenamiento, esta serie está orientada para fortalecer el grupo de músculos que conforman el sector del tren superior del tríceps.
Training set, this series is aimed at strengthening the group of muscles that make up the upper body sector of the triceps.
Este set está compuesto por la ejecución de una serie de ejercicios, entre los cuales podemos mencionar los siguientes: flexiones en diamantes, flexiones en x, fondos en banco, y extensión desde un banco y extensión de tríceps.
