I do not know how they say in this country to this pastry delight, some tell me that they are "strips of fried dough" the truth is that they are simple, tasty and the children like them a lot so I leave you a recipe to make them at home.
Ingredients:
100 gr butter
240 grams of water
2 spoonfuls of sugar
1 pinch of salt
130 gr flour
3 eggs
2 gr vanilla
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter with the sugar, salt and water.
- Next, add the flour and mix.
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla and pour into the batter.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and fry the churros.
- Serve with the chocolate sauce.
