Today I'm going to start with a delicious fresh fish soup oriental/Venezuelan style, I hope you like it as well as my family.

Bueno lo primero que realizó para hacer la sopa es colocar al fuego el agua a hervir mientras procedo a pelar y picar las verduras, una vez listas las añado al agua hervida posteriormente le agrego los aliños y cubito.
Procedures:
Well the first thing I do to make the soup is to put the water on the fire to boil while I proceed to peel and chop the vegetables, once ready I add them to the boiled water and then I add the seasonings and cube.
Una vez que la verdura este floja, colocó el pescado y lo dejó hervir hasta que tenga su cocción, luego agregó el limón y la sal al gusto.
Once the vegetables are loose, add the fish and let it boil until it is cooked, then add the lemon and salt to taste.
