Hi Friends! I hope everyone is having a great December. Jack Frost has been nipping at my nose even here in Southern California, so I decided to cook up a pot of broccoli cheddar soup to stay warm and cozy. I first learned this recipe when I was in high school, and it's been a favorite dish of mine ever since. I love pairing it with some warm buttered bread or a half sandwich.
