Today I want to share with you a very tasty lunch and which you have not eaten for a long time from a dish of these, it is pasta with bechamel sauce, for me it is a very simple and quick dish to prepare, you just have to give a touch of personality to each dish that we prepare, and above all to love what we do, so I invite you to see how I prepare this lunch today.

• 600 ml of milk
• 50 g of butter
• 50 gr of wheat flour
• salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 300 gr of pasta

• 600 ml de leche
• 50 gr de mantequilla
• 50 gr de harina de trigo
• sal al gusto
• Pimienta al gusto
• 300 gr de pasta

we start with the pasta, put the amount of water necessary for the pasta in a pot, once the Andean pasta has boiled and let it cook for about 12 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, we proceed to make the bechamel sauce. In a pot we add the butter and we take it to the fire until it melts, once this is done we quickly add the wheat flour and mix, it will form a kind of pasta

At this point we add the milk, we will do this in two parts and stir constantly so that lumps do not form if we observe that the lumps do not disappear, we beat a little stronger or we do it with a whisk, we can also add hot milk to avoid thermal shock and also avoid lumps.

With our sauce almost ready, we added a pinch of pepper, and I added a more personal touch by adding yellow cheese to make it taste much tastier. Then I went to blow the pasta, we leave it al dente since when we add the sauce it will finish cooking.
