Pretty Night stemians! I bring you a super simple recipe (but delicious) for pasta lovers (like me) ... It is a well-known variant of Carbonara Pasta, since the original has simpler ingredients such as eggs, cheese, olive oil, bacon and pepper, but in my opinion it is even richer in the Spanish style. Here I show you:
To start we place the ingredients (for 6 people):
3 Large Onions
1 Milk Cream (陆 kg).
陆 Kg of Tocineta.
125 ml of milk.
1 egg.
Oil, salt and pepper (to taste).
Preparation:
We began washing and chopping the onions and the bacon in medium squares. We reserve the bacon while frying the onion (for this we use a nonstick skillet preferably) with salt and pepper in oil, more or less for 15 min or until it looks crystalline, then add the bacon and saut茅 for about 10 min more on a fire medium.
Next we add the cream of milk little by little and lower the heat to low, stirring constantly. In a separate bowl mix the egg with milk and once this mixture is homogeneous add it to the pan.
Simultaneously we put water to boil (more or less a liter and a quarter) and add salt. Once this boiling water add the pasta preferably, for this dish it is customary to use fettuccine or linguine pasta, I particularly like the screws more so I will use these.
And voila, list the pasta ... Place a bit of pecorino or parmesan cheese on top to taste. A quick and delicious dish that can be made as lunch or as a dinner according to preference.
