Hello hello Stemians! This afternoon I would like to tell you about a delight I made in favor of a craving and company of my father, we were half bored and wanting a bit of candy so I will show you how to stay and the easy way to prepare it.
We start by locating the ingredients (and preheating the oven to about 180 °):
Dehydrated coconut (125g)
Liquid milk (1 cup)
Sugar (1 cup)
Eggs (5 units)
Butter (500g)
Wheat flour (2 cups)
Baking powder (1 tbsp)
Vanilla essence (to taste)
We look for a blender and start by beating the butter with the sugar at medium-high speed until the sugar and butter are a homogeneous cream. At the same time you can put the coconut to hydrate in a container with liquid milk.
We open the eggs and add them to the mixture together with all the ingredients except the flour and the baking powder, these last two we sift and join them separately (they are added to the total mixture of the last ones).
Once the mixture is ready, they are placed in a previously greased mold (sugar and flour can be added to make a sweet and toasted layer).
We put our cake in the oven for about 40 min, this will always depend on the oven so it could vary in 40-50 min, it is preferable to be testing it with a wooden stick and when it comes out completely dry without waste the cake will be ready and it will look something like that:
