Risoles is a typical snack or snack food from Jakarta, Indonesia. Risoles in Dutch called rissole, which is a pastry containing minced meat and vegetables are rolled omelette which is then given a layer of panir flour and fried until browned. Contents in the risoles can be chopped minced beef, chicken meat, fish meat atupun shrimp, and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and button mushrooms. For the glaze on the risoles can be made from ingredients such as wheat flour, butter, egg yolks and milk.
