Kate, Jim and Jack are friends. They attend the same school and also are in the same grade. During one of their annual vacation the three friends agreed to visit the countryside and spend three days thereat.
The said annual vacation came and the three friends arranged their belongings and made for the countryside. They also informed their parents about this visit and each of their parents gave their consent. However they were warned to be careful and return home safely after the three days visit.
The three friends departed for the countryside on a Friday morning. When they arrived each went to their individual family homes. There, each of them spent time with their distant cousins who also came back for the annual vacation.
The next day, Kate, Jim and Jack decided to visit the forest reserve within the countryside for sight seeing. They gathered some fruits and their water cans and left. While in the forest, Jack was attracted by a brightly coloured flower. He broke the rank and went to have a good look at the flower. Kate and Jim were resting and having a chat. On getting to the flower Jack then saw a beautiful butterfly and followed it. He made up his mind to catch the butterfly. Whenever he made an attempt to catch the butterfly, it flies away. Jack followed it to the next place it perched.
He continued to follow the fly until he went further into the forest reserve. At a point he then realised how far he had gone into the forest. He lost sight and track of his friends Kate and Jim. It appeared he was in a wilderness. He started to retrace his way back to his friends. Suddenly, he realised that he was having a cellphone. He then out a call to Jim who gave him direction and with that he was able to trace his way back.
