When Leo alighted at the terminal he was greeted by a mammoth crowd who had kept vigil for his arrival. He was ushered into a waiting SUV by the club's security officials. From there, he proceeded to the stadium.
At the entrance to the stadium he saw a massive bronze statue - a symbol of strength and all that the club stand for. That was the great Maradona. Leo remembered that a similar statue was erected at the Maracanã Stadium back at Rio de Janeiro.
Surely Diego Maradona is a club legend here. That explains why they erected his statue at the entrance of the stadium.
From that moment Leo started dreaming of also becoming a club legend so that his own statue will be erected side by side with that if Diego Maradona.
When Leo stepped into the stadium he was greeted by a large crowd of supporters who had been earnestly waiting for his unveiling.
Immediately he took to the centre circle and tossed the ball the whole stadium erupted with cheers and laughter of joy. They knew that the club had made a rare signing of the season.
