I finally got Squeak, a mythical character from Brawl Stars that I wanted to have. After opening more than 300 chests XD, I finally got him and I can say that I love this character.

I don't see depression as solely an emotional or personal problem. In many instances it is a situational or social problem. We can all take responsibility for our emotional health and try to improve our situation but we don't need treat our emotional problems like something that can't be fixed or that we need some kind of external help for. External help may be useful, but we can empower ourselves too.

Hello to all my dear friends who love arts and crafts! Today I want to share some ideas for a children's party using recycled materials.

My daughter will be turning 1 soon. But due to the restrictions to leave the house because of the #covid-19, I had to use the materials I had on hand to make the decorative ornaments and the piñata.

The theme I chose to decorate for my baby's first year is a ladybug.

How are you today? This is quite a long overdue post. This event happened last July 12, 2021.
It was the birthday of the daughter of our friend. And they decided to celebrate it with us.
I had a post about them here

Since they also got three children, we suggested we go fishing. It was there first time to have such activity. As for our children, It is there second time but with friends.

I have always been scared of high places because I am a really clumsy, overthinking and careless person.

And that is not a good thing because I constantly think of bad things that can happen to me. This is most
especially when I am in high places like at the edge of cliffs, in buildings with huge glasses and you can see far down,
when crossing the bridge, even when climbing a ladder. I want to challenge and overcome my fear of
heights and of falling by exposing myself but also making sure that it is safe. Because sometimes our thoughts can also
serve as a warning so we always have to be cautious of what we decide to do.
