El acompañante perfecto / The perfect companion
One of the things that I like the most is the food, in this case the garlic bread is something very delicious that I personally like to accompany my lunches, it is delicious since garlic gives it that super special flavor.
The truth was that it was not difficult at all. It is normally prepared in an oven, but my oven several months ago does not work, so I prepared it in the kitchen. In addition, the garlic bread also has other ingredients depending on the taste of each person. I like it with parsley, however, I did not get parsley in the supermarket to be able to finish it and make it even richer, that does not take away from the fact that it really was delicious and I wanted to continue eating more and more.
- Pan (puede ser el tipo de pan que desees)
- Mantequilla
- Un chorrito de aceite
- Ajos
The ingredients I use:
- Bread (can be the type of bread you want)
- Butter
- A splash of oil
- garlic.
The first thing I did was put butter in a cup, then add the minced garlic into very small pieces, after that it is microwaved for a few minutes (I put it for a minute only).
It will be like this, super liquid and the garlic immersed in the butter, at this moment is when we are going to start to bathe our bread with this butter and place the garlic on it.
Taking advantage of the fact that it had a bit of yellow cheese, I made a special garlic bread, spread the butter on the bread, then put a slice of yellow cheese on it and put the garlic on top.
At this time we take it to the oven and in my case I take it to the kitchen and cover it so that it cooks better with the steam.
I let them cook for a few minutes until I saw that they were already toasted underneath, then I took them out and served them and that's how they were.

You can also search the internet and find out the thousand ways there are to prepare this bread, once I read that someone made them with milk, it seems strange to me, but perhaps it tastes good, I don't know.
