The conversation about mental health is never over. People are still struggling. Let them know their voice matters and help is an option.Mental health is so looked over in this day and age. It's real and can ruin lives. Everyone needs to show support and talk to each other.

Despite most of us being stranger to each other while we are all in this together. Such devasting news about Chester bennington. So jus whatever you are goin through, you still matter and you are not alone. Please don't suffer in silence.

Let's ask each other about the State of our mental health. Let's ask each other what we fear; what makes the deepest pits of our stomachs contract, and what help it relax. Let's empathize. For it's empowering to know we all are in this together.

Chester bennigs death shook me awake, making me realize that once again mental health is deadly silent killer. From one human being to another, I wish he knew that we care, I care, cherish life and grab life by the horns. The war with mental health continues on.

Please take care of people who are going through any mental stress. This shit can eat a person alive. This is serious. Reach out, talk, help. How many more people have to die until we get over the taboo around mental health? Anyone can be effected.
You can't ask a person "WHY" when they are gone. Ask them when they are alive before it's too late. Don't take silence as an "okay" sign

Suicide is the only option for these people who believe there's no other escape from hopelessness and no reason to live. It can be anyone.

What it that enables a suicidal person to be strong enough to pull the act?
It's them overcoming the intense emotional and physical pain.
When someone acquires the capacity to cause themselves the real physical pain again and again. That's it fearless. Blind. Numb. Ready to go.
Hence, one of the visible yet invisible signs of suicide is a sudden unexpected switch from being very sad/hopeless to being very calm.

Mental health is joke, I'm here if anyone needs ..
