El calabac铆n y las zanahorias las cortamos finamente con la ayuda de un pela papas o picamos en tiras finas
Cut the courgette and carrots finely with the help of a potato peeler or chop them into thin strips.
En una hornilla ponemos a ahumar el tomate, hasta que rompa su piel, pelamos y cortamos
Smoke the tomato on a hotplate until the skin is broken, peel and cut into pieces.
Picamos la cebolla y colocamos con el resto de los ingredientes, agregamos el ajonjol铆 y la sal
Chop the onion and place it with the rest of the ingredients, add the sesame seeds and salt.
