I see that there is still wine left over from last night in the refrigerator, but my plan is to process it into wine silk pudding, this silk pudding can also be used as a snack box snack business idea
I think today is a very hot day at my place, I think I need a fresh snack namely grape silk pudding is the right choice for this hot weather
ingredients for making wine silk pudding:
1 pack of grape flavored jelly
1 pack of jelly (plain)
wine
granulated sugar
how to make wine silk pudding:
(1) the first step is that I wash the grapes first using salt water, so that the dirt is gone
(2) after that I made for the first layer is grape jelly, pour 1 sachet of grape jelly after that add sugar according to taste then add boiled water over medium heat while stirring
(3) cook for about 8 minutes then turn off the stove and let it cool down, then prepare the mold and pour the first layer of grape jelly, wait until it hardens
(4) then we proceed to make the second layer, namely agar-agar (plain). The steps for making it are also the same as for the grape jelly, after it is cooked, then let it cool down and then pour the second layer, namely coconut milk jelly, but I forgot to take a photo of it when I made the jelly. coconut milk
(5) after the coconut milk jelly has hardened then decorate the top with grapes and oranges then put plain or clear agar on top so that the fruit sticks perfectly
