It's raining where I live, when the rain comes, for some reason, I'm hungry, I want to snack on something warm, maybe because the weather is cold, so we need something warm to warm the body, it just so happens that at my house there are leftover purple sweet potatoes from yesterday, but I thought of make snacks made from purple sweet potatoes
and after I thought about what preparations would be suitable for this purple sweet potato then I thought of delicious chocolate sweet potato balls, without waiting long I immediately started preparing the ingredients to make melted chocolate sweet potato balls, and this is the perfect snack when winter arrives.
Ingredients for making melted chocolate sweet potato balls:
300 grams of purple sweet potato
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tbsp salt
200 grams of chocolate bar
4 tablespoons tapioca flour
200 grams of bread flour
how to make :
(1) The first step is to first boil the purple sweet potato which has been peeled then boil until the purple sweet potato is cooked, about 10 minutes after it is cooked then drain it into a container.
(2) and mash the purple sweet potato until smooth then add salt, sugar and tapioca flour then knead until evenly mixed, and after that round the dough and make a hole in the middle
(3) and cut the chocolate bar into several pieces as shown in the picture, then put it into the purple sweet potato circle and then round it again
(4) and take 2 tablespoons of wheat flour then add a little water until the mixture thickens then dip the purple sweet potato balls and then coat them on top with bread flour until they cover all the sweet potato balls
(5) After that, prepare the cooking oil then fry the sweet potato balls until they are golden brown then drain the sweet potato balls and ready to be served as a friend for tea when it rains.
