come back with me in this post I want to share with friends about a dish that we often eat, tempeh is a food ingredient that is very easy to find in Indonesia, even the price of tempeh in Indonesia is very cheap, all people can buy ingredients Tempe food is because in addition to its affordable price and its products are also very easy to get anywhere.
Tempe is one of the foods that are good for health because it contains lots of vitamins that our body needs
In addition, tempeh is also a delicious and nutritious food.
The recipe that I will share this time is very simple and saves a lot of time in cooking, as we know that tempeh can be made into any processed dish, but this time I chose to cook tempeh sambalado for the side dish for breaking the fast later.
Materials needed to make tempeh sambalado:
6 pieces of red chilies
3 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium sized tomato
3 medium sized tempe boards
Stages of making tempeh sambalado:
(1) cut tempe according to individual taste
(2) and then season the tempeh, I only add 1 teaspoon of salt
(3) and then fry the tempe until the color changes to golden brown, then drain
Chili making
Blend all the ingredients for the seasoning until smooth
then add a little oil to the pan then pour the spices that have been mashed earlier into the oil and after that add a little water
then cook until the water is slightly reduced, and then add the tempeh again and cook until the water is completely used up
Once ready to serve
