Plant Power (Vegan)
Hello friends, everyone, hive and food lovers
hello everyone, come back with me on this occasion, I want to make one of the legendary market snacks in my area, for some reason I really like some of the legendary market snacks, I really enjoy them, this sweet snack comes from tapioca flour and brown sugar, this is my first time making brown sugar ongol-ongol tapioca cake, but I learned to make it following methods on the internet
I don't think this is too difficult, even though it's my first time making this,
Without waiting a long time, I started preparing all the ingredients needed to make brown sugar tapioca ongol-ongol cake
Ingredients for making brown sugar tapioca ongol-ongol:
700ml coconut milk
200gram brown sugar
5 tbsp granulated sugar
2 pandan leaves
enough grated coconut
250 grams tapioca flour
how to make :
(1) The first step is to add 700ml coconut milk, 200 grams of brown sugar, 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 pandan leaves then cook until the brown sugar dissolves and the coconut milk is cooked.
(2) after that, wait until the coconut milk is cold, then take 250 grams of tapioca flour then pour in the coconut milk, mix well, add a little salt then stir until there are no lumps
(3) After that, prepare a baking sheet, put a little oil on the baking sheet, then just pour all the mixture into the baking pan, this is a liquid textured dough.
(4) After that, put it in a preheated steamer, steam for about 40 minutes, then cool the mixture for a while while waiting for the ongols to set.
(5) then steam the grated coconut with a little salt, sugar and a few pandan leaves as aromatics
(6) but here I didn't wait any longer for the mixture to set, because my nephew couldn't wait to taste the brown sugar ongol-ongol, so here I immediately put 1 spoonful of ongol-ongol into the steamed grated coconut.
Here are some photos after it is finished
and the brown sugar tara ongol- ongol is ready, even though this is my first time making it, I was very happy when I got praise from my nephew who was eagerly enjoying the brown sugar ongol- ongol
That's all my post this time, I hope you like the brown sugar tapioca ongol - ongol recipe that I shared and don't forget to try this recipe, friends.
See you in the next post, friends
