The classic cordon bleu is chicken wrapped around Swiss cheese and ham, breaded and then pan fried. This can be any meat though. When I attend parties like birthdays and Christening, this is almost always on the menu.
This one is particularly delicious! The meat is so tender and look at those spices! I can still see the pepper on this picture. This also comes with a white sauce which makes it even more tasty. I'm already feeling hungry typing this!
