If you want free Internet, you could try accessing an Internet Exchange Point (IEP).
It is the same with ISP throttling faced by many people on their mobile phones or tablets. Using a VPN does the trick there as well. There is no need to worry as VPNs keep the user safe on any platform. Free VPNs are not preferable for this at all. The features a good high quality should have are:

Offers enhanced security
Offers protection from a DNS leak
Many server locations available
Many servers available to choose from
Offers DDOS protection

Down a path. Remember that your body seeks after and craves after habits, lifestyles, within you, and if you normally eat certain foods good or bad, then your body craves those foods. Same thing in many regards to other things too and the good news is that habits can be changed biologically if you change them and commit to a new diet or a new thing for like a month or several months.

It looks like Facebook killed my David Duke account. I just saw that at 04:01 PM today that the name was in black letters instead of blue letters meaning a dead link. I will go check. I went in and did a phone verification and sent them my ID in an attempt to recover that account if Facebook staff chooses to save the profile. Oh, my mom's sister. That name. VPN ISP Talk
The thing that worries me about VPN is that the VPN has an ISP as well. So, you might not want your ISP to see your Internet traffic. So, you could go through proxies, VPN, etc. But according to what I've read, it seems that a VPN will be accessing the Internet through their ISP and if my ISP were to have a problem with something I was doing, I would imagine that the VPN's ISP could theoretically have problems with it as well and then perhaps try to stop the VPN or whatever. I feel like it defeats the purpose of having a VPN. Sure, they may not know it is coming from you. So, a VPN might offer some privacy. But it would be a problem if the ISP were to attempt to block, throttle, censor, kick off, or somehow stop the VPN in order to stop the Internet traffic, the activities that they may be against or whatever the case may be.
11:00 PM - 06:30 AM - Sleep for around 7.5 hours and am still feeling sore all over my body from work and everything. I thought it was 07:30 AM but my clock must have been an hour off. I actually got up at 06:30 AM, not 07:30 AM.
