Hey guys!

We are pretty pumped to be on steemit. We have been making fitness videos for a few years but this will be an awesome way to help motivate and inspire more people! We will be using our account to post workout challenges, nutrition tips, full workouts for you to try, workout videos and whatever else you want to see. Leave a comment below and let us know what you'd like from us.

A little background....

Our names are Ryan and Sean and we were born in Toronto, Canada. We are dual citizens (Irish Canadian) but just moved out to the Netherlands to train for the summer and into the 2017-2018 season. We are both certified personal trainers and have played sports all of our lives. We are now focusing on short track speed skating (hopefully you know what this is) and we compete on the World Cup stage with the goal of qualifying for the 2018 Olympics!!! 

We have an Instagram account called @Elite_Performance_Training and a website EPT Workout that we use to create videos, workouts and much more for people to follow along on our journey.

We are looking forward to connecting with you all on steemit :)


Here is our first workout challenge:

3 single leg jumps per leg. 3 box jumps. 5 each side toe touches on the box and then as long as possible jump squats from the box!!!!
