I'm so excited to be here to share in this kindness contest.
Kindness is a virtue that every man must possess and it is a quality of being considerate, compassionate, and generous toward others often without expecting something in return. It could also be in small gestures, such as ministering a smile, caring, and helping hands to others as a leader.
As a leader, I have encountered a series of challenges, the same people who are challenging, would be the ones to come and seek for my help and I have to offer it to them. I'm very simple and compassionate. I love showing people mercy and I want to do more. God, did it anywhere he went. He showed compassion where it was needed. I want to cultivate this virtue in my heart, even without the offender coming to apologize. I let it go and we moved on. Life is simple and we must live to the fullest with wisdom.
Kindness is one of the characteristics a leader or anyone who wants to go far in life must exhibit. Anyone with these virtues is counted to be among the leaders. Love, care, forgiveness, compassion, mercy, long-suffering. Being a leader doesn't mean that you are leading a particular group. Leaders are found everywhere and they mustn't be until they are appointed to lead a group of people. If these virtues are found in the heart of the leaders toward others, then the world will be a sweet place to be.
Government leaders should be known for their kindness.
In this era, of government leaders. I have a sense of unkindness among the leaders in Nigeria and because of this virtue, things are not going the way it supposed to go. If there is kindness in the heart of the government parastatals, the price of fuel would come down for people to be able to buy. Imagine buying black-market fuel at #1000, a liter. It is so painful, but even with that people with the capacity can buy at that rate comfortably. However, consideration needs to be set for those who are not capable.
Nevertheless, had it been this virtue found, our world would be a better place to dwell. Peace, joy, and excitement will spring forth in the hearts of the people.
Kindness among our family members
Kindness among our family members is pivotal to showing our loved ones. Early this year something happened to my extended cousins. There was a problem clash in the family and a family from another state cane over to fight. They arrived at war, bringing down the building and causing a whole lot of havoc. My extended cousins ran to my daddy's house and stayed for months for the problem to subside. They came in and received a handful of kindness from my parents. My parents treated them with care, and love and gave them everything they needed.
Overall, kindness is the best virtue a human being should demonstrate to one another in the family, school, market, street, and everywhere we find ourselves.
