My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2021


A long run was on the menu for today. It’s taking me some getting used to being back in the run game after taking a hiatus to lift but my endurance is slowly starting to come back. Hopefully in the next three weeks time I will be able to run for an hour at least twice a week with no problems. Fingers crossed.
