My 5minute freewrite story
Ade was speaking to the only friend he had at the time. In a world full of nothing but acres of sand, he was literarily sitting on barrenness. The heat was sapping him of strength by each passing seconds. He thought "I should stop talking" but again won't they be lonely? And he thought again "silence is golden, they say" and he chuckled. He looked over his shoulder to look at his friend that was lying on his stomach with his tongue sticking out and man! was he some hairy being. "Maty boy! we're going to survive this" Ade said to the huge German Shepherd.
