大约一个星期以前，某天早上起床的时候，我感觉腰部酸酸痛痛的，当时以为这是很常见的酸痛，是办公室坐久了导致的，而且这种症状非常的轻微。直到这天晚上我去健身房运动，在给器械上片下片弯腰的时候，我感觉腰部酸痛更加严重了，才意识到这可能是个“问题”。 但是根据我自己的感受，疼痛的位置明显不是腰椎，也不是腰眼这些比较敏感的位置，痛的地方是腰肌。具体位置，就是腰椎右侧凸起的肌肉块上的某一个点。

进入三伏天了闷热得不行…… 我家空调是一到夏天那是必须得开起来，这三伏天里就更是二十四小时连轴转，压根停不下来了！ 熊孩纸放暑假在家闷久了，今早忽然说着要跟我去公司上班😬 我倒觉得正好，出门总算能关掉家里耗电的空调了呵呵～反正办公室现在只剩我一人，那位同事已经离职，一个人独享一整间屋子自在又舒服啊哈哈！ 由于我上班路途有点远，全程让熊孩纸骑电动车载我，这个时候短暂上演一波母慈子孝现场哈哈！
