¡Hola a todos los amantes del arte! Como mi primera publicación en ésta comunidad, vengo a mostrarle el último de los dibujos que he realizado al estilo tradicional, como parte de un reto de dibujo de Twitter para este mes, llamado Foxtober, en el cual, los zorros son los protagonistas. Dado que tengo un personaje original de esta especie, vi la oportunidad para poder realizar dibujos sobre ellas, así como practicar el dibujar ropa, pues mi idea, era ir utilizando cada palabra ofrecida en la lista del reto, para elaborar un outfit para Puyoko, mi personaje. Aclarado esto, síganme en el proceso de éste dibujo en particular:

Hello to all art lovers! As my first post in this community, I'm here to show you the latest drawing I've done in the traditional style, as part of a Twitter drawing challenge for this month called Foxtober, in which foxes are the protagonists. Since I have an original character of this species, I saw the opportunity to make drawings about them, as well as practice drawing clothes, because my idea was to use each word offered in the challenge list, to create an outfit for ** Puyoko**, my character. Clarified this, follow me in the process of this drawing in particular:

Para el día nueve, la palabra correspondiente era "Ritual", así que me puse a pensar en las características que suelen representar tales ceremonias, decidiendo hacer un par de mezclas. Utilicé el concepto de una muñeca de paja, como los que utilizaban en a época antigua en Japón, al igual que unas velas, cinta roja y un poco de la tabla de la ouija. Combinando estos elementos, logré elaborar el boceto del vestido. Utilicé una hoja blanca y un portaminas. Luego, lo delineé con un marcador punta fina de color negro.

By day nine, the corresponding word was "Ritual", so I began to think about the characteristics that such ceremonies usually represent, deciding to make a couple of mixtures. I used the concept of a straw doll, like the ones they used in ancient times in Japan, as well as some candles, red ribbon and a bit of the Ouija board. Combining these elements, I managed to make the sketch of the dress. I used a white sheet and a mechanical pencil. Then I outlined it with a fine tip black marker.

Para colorear estos dibujos, estoy utilizando primero marcadores para abarcar las zonas más grandes y luego, defino las regiones más claras y las sombras, utilizando crayones de madera.

To color these drawings, I am first using markers to cover the larger areas and then defining the lighter regions and shadows using wooden crayons.

Una vez que estoy satisfecha con el establecimiento de los colores, procedí a utilizar unas vez más, el marcador punta fina de color negro, para definir unos cuantos detalles, como lo son el pelaje o el cabello.

Once I'm happy with the colors set, I proceeded to use the black fine tip marker a few more times to define a few details, such as the fur or hair.

Con el fin de darle al vestido, un realce, pinté el fondo con el marcador de color negro, luego, para efecto de luces, utilicé un lápiz corrector de bolígrafos, realizando un par de círculos en el fondo.

In order to give the dress an enhancement, I painted the background with the black marker, then, for the effect of lights, I used a correction pen, making a couple of circles in the background.

Como dato extra, cuando termino de colorear los dibujos, suelo fotografiarlos para poder digitalizarlos. En ese momento aprovecho una app llamada LINE CAMERA, para otorgar un poco más de brillo o como fue este caso, utilizar un filtro para darle un aspecto más "misterioso" al dibujo je je sé que se preguntaran... ¿Por qué el dibujo del día 9, hoy? Pues, confieso que tuve que paralizar el reto debido a varios factores... pero me gustaría poder retomarlo estos días como pueda, ya que la idea también es que disfrute del proceso y si estoy muy ajetreada, no quiero estresarme por terminar un dibujo a las carreras jaja

As an extra fact, when I finish coloring the drawings, I usually photograph them to be able to digitize them. At that moment I take advantage of an app called LINE CAMERA, to give a little more brightness or, as was the case, use a filter to give the drawing a more "mysterious" look hehe I know you're wondering... Why the drawing of day 9, today? Well, I confess that I had to stop the challenge due to several factors... but I would like to be able to resume it these days as I can, since the idea is also that I enjoy the process and if I am very busy, I do not want to stress myself by finishing a drawing by the races haha
