¡Hola a todos! Ya estamos en un nuevo mes y con un nuevo reto de dibujo. Esta vez me he animado a intentar con el Foxtober, realizando dibujos diarios a lo largo de todo el mes, teniendo como protagonistas a los tan queridos zorros. Como debido a mis ocupaciones, no soy capaz de realizar un dibujo digital diario, decidí optar por el dibujo tradicional, aprovechando de éste modo de implementar la practica a la hora de utilizar crayones de madera y marcadores, porque todavía me falta mucho por aprender en esos ámbitos ja ja

Hello everyone! We are already in a new month and with a new drawing challenge. This time I have decided to try the Foxtober, making daily drawings throughout the month, with the much-loved foxes as the protagonists. As due to my occupations, I am not able to make a daily digital drawing, I decided to opt for the traditional drawing, taking advantage of this way of implementing the practice when using wooden crayons and markers, because I still have a lot to learn in those areas ha ha

Uno de los motivos por los cuales me animé con el reto, es porque tengo un personaje original que es un zorro. Se llama Puyoko y desde hace tiempo, quería dibujarla usando distintos outfits, así que ¿Qué mejor momento que aprovechar esta iniciativa? Como cada día hay una palabra sobre la cual basar nuestro dibujo, utilizaré cada palabra para crear un atuendo para mi querida Puyo. Quiero recrear algo como los primeros diseños de las mangakas CLAMP, en donde la extravagancia y los colores, predominaban. Teniendo en mente todo eso, el día de hoy, primero de octubre, corresponde a la palabra "Luna", así que elaboré un traje basándome en el satélite y un cielo estrellado, influenciada un poco por los animes Sailor Moon y Space Dandy,así como el estilo del arte visual del dúo musical Oresama.

One of the reasons why I took up the challenge is because I have an original character that is a fox. Her name is Puyoko and for a long time, I wanted to draw her wearing different outfits, so what better time than to take advantage of this initiative? As every day there is a word on which to base our drawing, I will use each word to create an outfit for my dear Puyo. I want to recreate something like the first CLAMP mangaka designs, where extravagance and colors predominated. Keeping all that in mind, today, the first of October, corresponds to the word "Moon", so I made a costume based on the satellite and a starry sky, influenced a bit by the animes Sailor Moon and Space Dandy, as well as the visual art style of the music duo Oresama.

Como la idea que tengo también es ganar rapidez a la hora de dibujar, trataré de no tardar mucho tiempo en realizar cada proyecto. También, soy consciente de que tengo fallas en cuanto a anatomía, así que, espero ir mejorando en ese aspecto a lo largo de este mes. Por lo general, luego de tener el boceto, suelo proceder a delinearlo con marcador. Pero esta vez, decidí hacer el proceso al revés y comencé a pintarlo con unos crayones de madera con tonalidades pasteles, definiendo los colores para cada región del dibujo, teniendo en cuenta ese realce de los tonos, sin importar si el resultado combina o no ja ja.

As the idea that I have is also to gain speed when drawing, I will try not to take a long time to complete each project. Also, I am aware that I have flaws in terms of anatomy, so I hope to improve in that aspect throughout this month. In general, after having the sketch, I usually proceed to outline it with a marker. But this time, I decided to do the process the other way around and began to paint it with some wooden crayons in pastel shades, defining the colors for each region of the drawing, taking into account that enhancement of the tones, regardless of whether the result matches or not ha ha.

Una vez definidos donde quería ubicar los colores, utilicé los marcadores para las zonas más oscuras.

Once defined where I wanted to place the colors, I used the markers for the darker areas.

Una vez más, utilicé los crayones de madera, ésta vez para proporcionar mayor color al dibujo.

Once again, I used the wooden crayons, this time to provide more color to the drawing.

Finalmente, con un marcador punta fina de color negro, procedí a delinear todo el dibujo y a definir sombras y detalles. Esta parte no me gustó del todo, porque como el marcador que tengo es tipo plumilla, la tinta no se adhería al deslizarse sobre las zonas con color, por lo que tenía que pasar el marcador repetidamente en un mismo sitio hasta que la tinta cedía ja ja necesito uno de tipo pincel, creo que es más adecuado para estos casos.

Finally, with a fine tip black marker, I proceeded to outline the entire drawing and define shadows and details. I did not like this part at all, because as the marker I have is a nib type, the ink did not adhere when it slid over the colored areas, so I had to pass the marker repeatedly in the same place until the ink gave way ha ha I need a brush type, I think it is more suitable for these cases.
