¡Hola a todos! Continúo publicando mis dibujos sobre el reto Foxtober que hallé en Twiiter. El que les voy a mostrar en ésta ocasión, corresponde al día 7 (ayer jaja), ya que mis ánimos contribuyeron a terminar tarde el dibujo y por los vientos que soplan, hoy será igual... Pero, lo importante es tratar de seguir o de llegar hasta donde sea posible je je La palabra correspondiente, era "Cristal", así que de una vez pensé en un traje en donde pudiera colocar unas cuantas gemas preciosas.

Hello everyone! I continue posting my drawings on the Foxtober challenge that I found on Twitter. The one I am going to show you on this occasion, corresponds to day 7 (yesterday haha), since my spirits contributed to finish the drawing late and because of the winds that blow, today it will be the same... But, the important thing is to try to continue or to go as far as possible hehe The corresponding word was "Crystal", so I once thought of a suit where I could place a few precious gems.

Como mencioné en posts pasados, estoy utilizando este reto para practicar un poco sobre la creación de ropa (porque considero que soy mala en esa parte), viendo qué se me ocurre tras pensar en una palabra. Lo primero que me vino a la mente en esta oportunidad, fue un vestido largo, como de gala. Mi personaje suele vestir bastante sencillo, pero no le incomoda usar ropas que no sean de su estilo, para complacer a sus amigos. Deseaba algo extravagante y con muchos colores, ya que me gusta mucho el estilo de los artbooks de los años 90. Con esto en mente, realicé el boceto con portaminas en una hoja de papel blanca. Una vez hecho esto, procedí a delinearlo con el marcador punta fina de color negro.

As I mentioned in past posts, I'm using this challenge to practice a little about creating clothes (because I think I'm bad at that part), seeing what comes to mind after thinking of a word. The first thing that came to mind on this occasion was a long dress, like a gala. My character usually dresses quite simply, but he doesn't mind wearing clothes that aren't his style, to please his friends. I wanted something quirky and colorful as I really like the style of 90's artbooks. With this in mind I made the sketch with mechanical pencil on a white sheet of paper. Once this was done, I proceeded to outline it with the black fine tip marker.

Para pintar estos dibujos, estoy combinando marcadores con crayones de colores. Utilizando los primero para cubrir las zonas más grandes y los otros, para zonas más claras o para definir las sombras.

To paint these drawings, I am combining markers with colored crayons. Using the first to cover the largest areas and the others, for lighter areas or to define the shadows.

Como no sé la forma correcta para colorear y pintar piedras preciosas u objetos brillantes, opté por utilizar la app Line Camera, para agregar un par de stickers de gemas, una vez que hubiese tomado la fotografía del dibujo. Del mismo modo, coloqué unos cuantos brillos. Me gusta utilizar este tipo de aplicación para poder colocar aquellos detalles que aún no soy capaz de dibujar, así como también, darle algo de iluminación a mis dibujos.

As I don't know the correct way to color and paint precious stones or shiny objects, I decided to use the Line Camera app, to add a couple of gem stickers, once I had taken the picture of the drawing. Similarly, I placed a few highlights. I like to use this type of application to be able to place those details that I am not yet able to draw, as well as to give my drawings some lighting.
