Risotto

Hello Foodie Community 😎

At least once a week we prepare risotto for lunch at home.
In the classic Italian way:
Fry the rice (usually Arborio type) in olive oil with onion, finely chopped peppers, and carrots.
After a couple of minutes, pour in the water or soup base and when the rice is cooked (when it absorbs all the water), add the grated parmesan cheese and a piece of butter.

There is also a piece of roast beef and a glass of red wine.
Juice for children! 😎
