Hive Creative Contest | Pasta con salsa de atún 🍝 [ESP-ENG]

Good night friends. Last night I saw this contest by @zord189 and I thought it was great. I was against time but today in the morning I went out to buy what I was missing and I decided to prepare a pasta with tuna. This meal was one of the first meals I learned to cook when I was 10 and it became my favorite food, my mom knew that when she went out and I was the one who had to make lunch she would make pasta with tuna.

• Feliz noche amigos. Anoche ví este concurso de @zord189 y me pareció genial. Estaba contra el tiempo pero hoy en la mañana salía a comprar lo que me faltaba y decidí preparar una pasta con atún. Está comida fue una de las primeras comidas que aprendí a cocinar cuando tenía 10 y se volvió mi comida favorita, mi mamá sabía que cuando ella salía y yo era la que debía hacer el almuerzo haría pasta con atún.

To make this pasta we need:

• half a kilogram of macaroni.
• a tuna of 140 gr.
• ketchup.
• 1 onion.
• celery.
• coriander.
• chili pepper.
• dried basil.
• Salt.
• oil.

Para hacer está pasta necesitamos:

• medio kilogramo de macarrones.
• un atún de 140 gr.
• salsa de tomate.
• 1 cebolla.
• celery.
• cilantro.
• ají.
• albahaca seca.
• sal.
• aceite.

Around here I have chopped the onion, coriander, celery and chili.

-Por aquí tengo picado la cebolla, cilantro, celery y ají.

We put a little oil and wait for it to heat up and add everything already chopped so that it begins to cook.

• Colocamos un poco de aceite y esperamos que se caliente y agregamos todo ya picado para que se comience a cocinar.

After we cook for a while, we are going to add the tomato sauce and let it cook for a while longer.

• Luego de que cocinamos un rato, vamos a colocar la salsa de tomate y dejamos cocinar un rato más.

Now we are going to add the tuna to our sauce.

• Ahora vamos a agregar el atún a nuestra salsa.

We also add salt and basil and let it cook. Our tuna sauce is already ready.

• También agregamos sal y la albahaca y dejamos cocinar. Ya si luce nuestra salsa de atún ya lista.

Here we already have our cooked macaroni and add the tuna sauce and a little coriander to decorate. The truth is that every time I make this meal I remember so much about my childhood.

• Aquí ya tenemos nuestros macarrones cocidos y agregamos la salsa de atún y un poco de cilantro para decorar. La verdad que cada vez que hago está comida me acuerdo tanto de mi niñez.
