Me: "So given I just saved us $300 a year, I thought I'd look at our support subscription."
Director: "Good idea."
Me: "We have the support desk on a monthly subscription at $125.00 per month. If we move to a yearly subscription we get a 10% discount which works out at $1,350.00 which unfortunately would need paying now."
Director: "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Me: "I had a feeling you'd say that but is there any chance you could say that a little louder? I don't think the guy in Honduras could quit hear you?"
