Pumpkin Soup with Champignons

Just cooked this wonderful dish yesterday, yummy I must say.
And it is very simple to cook and healthy.

First of all you have got to:

  1. Cook garlic and onions on a pan for about 5 min
  2. Add 500 grams of pumpkin and 1 glass of water, salt, pepper, basil leaves etc. (what ever you prefer)
  3. Cook that for about 20 minutes on moderate heat
  4. Use a blender to blend all you cooked on a pan (but wait for it to cool down first)
  5. Your dish is ready. Serve it with toasts and Champignons
