Pull ups. They were a struggle to get to 32reps. My weekly goal done in twenty minutes so I added dumbbell pulls and lat pull downs then I was out of their. I'm not sure if I'm improving but I know as

다이어트/홈트 턱걸이. 새끼손가락을 다쳐서 한동안 근력운동을 못하다가 다시 시작했더니 정말 힘드네요 ㅠㅠㅠ 아직 손가락에 통증이 남았지만 더 더워지기 전에 운동을 해서 몸을 만들어야 겠다는 생각 때문에 시작합니다! 모두 득근!!
