วันนี้ มาดูอาหารของครู กันบ้างนะคะ ว่าหน้าตาเป็นอย่างไร อกไก่ กับ บล็อคโคลี่ และดอกกะหล่ำ กินกับข้าว คือกินทั้งหม้อค่ะ คำนวณเสร็จสัพแล้ว ว่าต้องกินคาร์โบไฮเดรต และโปรตีนเท่าไหร่ เห็นอาหารของครูแล้ว

สัปดาห์นี้ได้ไปยิม 4 วัน เนื่องจากงานเยอะ แต่อาหารก็ยังทำเหมือนเดิม โปรแกรมรวนไปนิดนึงแต่ก็ยังได้เล่นครบทุกส่วน จะติดขัดก็แต่วันเล่นขา ได้เล่นวันนี้ แต่ก็ขัดใจนิดหน่อยที่ไม่ค่อยมีแรงเพราะท้องเสียมา 3 ติด

ถึงไม่ได้เขียนหลายวัน แต่ก็ยังทำกับข้าวกินเหมือนเดิมค่ะ อาหารของฉันก็พื้นๆง่ายๆ ปรุงสุกง่ายและดีต่อร่างกาย นี่คือหน้าตาอาหารของฉันบางส่วน ก็ยังคงโจทย์เดิม คือ ไม่น้ำมัน น้ำตาลน้อย ลดเค็ม และไม่ผงชูรส คืออิ่ม

วันนี้ตื่นเช้ามาเช่นเคย คือการทำอาหารตอนนี้ก็เริ่มชินกับกิจวัตรแบบนี้ ก็ไม่ได้ยุ่งยากอะไรมาก เพราะไก่ก็เตรียมและหมักไว้ตั้งแต่เมื่อคืนแล้ว ที่เหลือก็เตรียมผัก เมนูที่ทำคืออารมณ์อยากกินแกงกะหรี่
