Good Taste!
Every day is a different adventure and that can be perfectly appreciated at lunch time, when the most sublime and richest preparations are presented to us to be tasted and fill our senses with a great variety of flavors that allow us to cover our energy needs and at the same time get to know the immense world of gastronomy, where each element is very important, since it is the small details that generate the perfect preparation. In this opportunity my mom stood out with a preparation composed of four elements, where white rice, a piece of milanesa between fried and grilled, boiled yucca and tomato salad with avocado generated an unforgettable lunch and whose subtle flavors seemed ideal for a sunny and calm day.

Cada día es una aventura diferente y eso se puede apreciar perfectamente al momento de almorzar, cuando las más sublimes y ricas preparaciones se nos presentan para ser degustadas y llenar nuestros sentidos de una gran variedad de sabores que nos permiten cubrir nuestras necesidades energéticas y al mismo tiempo conocer el inmenso mundo de la gastronomía, en donde cada elemento es muy importante, ya que son los pequeños detalles los que generan la preparación perfecta. En esta oportunidad mi mamá se destacó con una preparación compuesta por cuatro elementos, en donde el arroz blanco, una pieza de milanesa entre frita y asada, yuca sancochada y ensalada de tomate con aguacate generaron un almuerzo inolvidable y cuyos sutiles sabores me parecieron ideales para un día soleado y tranquilo.
I enjoyed every bite to the fullest, since it is a dish prepared with great care and love, where the natural flavors were enhanced with the use of spices and other elements that brought a lot of balance to each ingredient, it is in this way that little by little while watching television I was leaving the plate empty, while at the same time a smile was drawing on my face and a deep satisfaction welled up from the depths of my being.
Disfrute al máximo de cada bocado, ya que se trata de un platillo preparado con mucho esmero y amor, en donde los sabores naturales se vieron potenciado con el uso de especias y otros elementos que le aportaron mucho balance a cada ingrediente, es de esta forma como poco a poco mientras veía televisión fui dejando vacío el plato, mientras que al mismo tiempo una sonrisa se iba dibujando en mi rostro y una profunda satisfacción brotaba de lo más profundo de mi ser.
We should always thank God, destiny and the hands that created food for allowing us the opportunity to have a plate on our table, therefore, food should never be thrown away and we should always prepare each meal with love, passion and with a great sense of saving, so that in this way life will always favor us and at the same time help us to move forward.
Siempre debemos agradecerle a Dios, al destino y a las manos creadoras de los alimentos por permitirnos la oportunidad de tener un plato en nuestra mesa, por lo tanto, nunca se deben botar los alimentos y siempre debemos preparar cada comida con mucho amor, mucha pasión y con un gran sentimiento de ahorro, para que de esta forma la vida siempre nos favorezca y al mismo tiempo nos ayude a seguir adelante.
