! [ENGLISH]

We’re celebrating the 15th anniversary of the church where I worship every Sunday, and it was a wonderful night of celebration. We were talking about house churches, because now we don’t just go to a single building—we’ve established small house churches in different homes. There are nine of these house churches, and we heard many testimonies about what God has done through them.

One of the things I love about house churches is the fellowship that has developed among the people—the affection, what we’ve shared every day, and everything we can do together. We also talk about our personal lives, we talk about God, we read the Word, we sing, we laugh, we help one another—and that’s the beauty of it, what has created a truly sincere fellowship in house churches.

I was really moved by a part of a testimony from a young man who looked like a street thug, a drug addict—he was skinny and, to put it one way, was living a pretty aimless life— yet today he looks nothing like he did in that old photo—he’s a completely different person now: grounded, well-dressed, and even friendly. And this has all been accomplished solely by God’s grace in his life; God has completely transformed everything he used to be, turning him into a new and different person. There’s no doubt that when God comes into a person’s life, He transforms it.

We also took the opportunity to snap a few photos as keepsakes, because for me, photos are always a way to relive a moment—as they say, to remember is to live—so here are some of the photos we took.
