隆Saludos amigos!. Hoy con nueva receta muy conocida como es la pizza, pero adornada en forma de estrella. Esta pizza estrella es especial para combinar el centro con una exquisita salsa o hasta con una ensalada, algo diferente y original. Espero les guste y la disfruten.

- 2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso, 1/4 de taza de agua tibia, 100 grs de queso mozzarella, 100 grs de jam贸n, 1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo, 1 cucharadita de or茅gano, 1 cucharadita de ch铆a, 1 cucharadita de az煤car, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharada de margarina.
- 2 cups of all-purpose wheat flour, 1/4 cup of warm water, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, 100 grams of ham, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chia, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon margarine.

- En un taz贸n colocar el agua tibia con el az煤car y agregar la levadura. Dejamos por 30 minutos en reposo para que crezca.
- In a bowl place the warm water with the sugar and add the yeast. We let it rest for 30 minutes to grow.
- A帽adir la harina, el huevo, la margarina.
- Add flour, egg, margarine.
- Y amasar.
- And knead.
- Hasta obtener una masa homog茅nea no pegajosa, la dejamos 30 minutos en reposo.
- Until we obtain a homogeneous, non-sticky dough, let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Extender la masa con el rodillo y cortar 2 discos.
- Roll out the dough with the rolling pin and cut 2 discs.
- Agregar una cucharada de salsa al primer disco.
- Add a tablespoon of sauce to the first disc.
- Y cubrir con el jam贸n.
- And cover with the ham.
- Sobre el jam贸n colocar el queso.
- Place the cheese on the ham.
- Sellar con el segundo disco y presionando los bordes.
- Seal with the second disk and pressing the edges.
- Cortar 8 tri谩ngulos.
- Cut 8 triangles.
- Cortar el centro del tri谩ngulo.
- Cut the center of the triangle.
- Introducir la punta del tri谩ngulo por el orificio central.
- Insert the tip of the triangle through the central hole.
- Colocar en la bandeja y doblar el otro extremo hasta formar la estrella.
- Place on the tray and fold the other end to form the star.
- Barnizar con huevo.
- Varnish with egg.
- Rociar con or茅gano.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Rociar la ch铆a.
- Sprinkle the chia.
- Hornear hasta ver que dore.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Servir con la salsa de tu preferencia. Nota: con la masa sobrante hacer el centro de la estrella, d贸nde puedes colocar la salsa.
- Serve with the sauce of your choice. Note: with the leftover dough make the center of the star, where you can place the sauce.
