Ingredientes / Ingredients: 馃敧
- 4 huevos, 1 lata de leche condensada, 1 cucharada de f茅cula de ma铆z, 1/2 taza de az煤car, 1 cucharadita de esencia de almendras, 400 gramos de pulpa de coco, 1 vaso de agua de coco.
- 4 eggs, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of almond essence, 400 grams of coconut meat, 1 glass of coconut water.
Preparaci贸n / Preparation: 馃嵁
- Colocar la az煤car en el molde de metal con 2 cucharadas de agua.
- Place the sugar in the metal mold with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Llevar al fuego hasta que se haga el caramelo y esparcirlo por los lados del molde.
- Bring to the fire until the caramel is made and spread it on the sides of the mold.
- Cortar el coco en trozos peque帽os.
- Cut the coconut into small pieces.
- Licuar el coco con el agua.
- Blend the coconut with the water.
- Y colar.
- And strain.
- Colocar los huevos en un taz贸n.
- Place the eggs in a bowl.
- Batir los huevos hasta que est茅n cremosos.
- Beat the eggs until creamy.
- A帽adir la esencia de almendras a los huevos.
- Add the almond essence to the eggs.
- Colocar los huevos batidos en la licuadora y agregar la leche condensada.
- Place the beaten eggs in the blender and add the condensed milk.
- A帽adir la f茅cula de ma铆z.
- Add the cornstarch.
- Incorporar el coco colado (sin el agua) y licuar.
- Add the strained coconut (without the water) and blend.
- Verter en el molde acaramelado y cocinar al vapor (ba帽o de Maria) por 1 hora.
- Pour into the caramelized mold and steam (bain-marie) for 1 hour.
- Dejar enfriar, refrigerar.
- Let cool, refrigerate.
- Y desmoldar.
- And unmold.
