English version

This time I went to my daughter ramisey@ramisey's house and we were craving something sweet, so I bought a coconut pudding. I wanted to try this flavor, as we usually choose chocolate or vanilla, but this time I wanted to take a chance.

After I got back from the store, I went to the kitchen and found Tip Top cookies and sweet peanuts in her cupboard, which were perfect additions to add texture. Sometimes, improvising can turn out really well.

Ingredients:

  • 1 coconut pudding
  • 1 bag of sweet peanuts
  • 1 package of Tip Top cookies chocolate
  • 100 ml of milk

Procedure:

What I liked most about this pudding is that it comes with instructions that are very easy to follow. So I whisked the milk and added it to the pudding mix, then placed it over medium heat until it thickened. I waited for it to cool.

I crushed the sweet peanuts with a pestle.

I found a glass baking dish and began to assemble my marquise-style pudding, with a layer of cookies and another of the mixture. I also added pieces of peanuts for a crunchy touch. I reached the last layer and decorated it with peanuts.

Finally, I put the pudding in the refrigerator for about two hours. To be honest, I was disappointed by the coconut flavor. It wasn't what I expected; it was very artificial. Although I wouldn't buy it again, I still enjoyed my dessert. The combination of chocolate cookies and peanuts was very good.
