Este tipo de circuito también es muy bueno para implementar en días suaves y deseemos medir el nivel de rendimiento tanto en empuje como jale, no trabajamos todo el cuerpo, pero es una buena forma de trabajar la parte superior en tan solo 3 minutos.

Como saben son muchas repeticiones de ejercicios y esto significa que deberemos estar muy atentos al calentamiento antes de comenzar, luego de ello recuerden realizar la rutina con el tiempo estimado y las repeticiones no necesariamente deben ser por segundos, pero es un consejo que puedo indicarles para completar toda la serie a un mismo ritmo, pero pueden jugar con ello si lo desean...
