Greetings to all the hivers of the fulldeportes community.
Today I share a workout to work the biggest muscle in the whole body, the quadriceps, without using any additional weight to our own body.
The goal of this workout is to bulk up without weights.

To achieve this I have created a workout composed of 4 exercises, among them are combined repetitions and maintenance, as this is essential to obtain hypertrophy.

Without further ado, here is the routine.

-The first exercise of this routine is the Squat Jumps, doing 4 sets of 12 repetitions, and doing a 10 second hold on the last repetition of each set.

-As the second exercise, we have the Bulgarian Squat***, performing 4 sets of 20 repetitions each.

  • The third place of this workout is occupied by the Step Up with four sets of 15 repetitions each.

To finish the workout we will perform a bi-set of Sit Squat Juice, 4 sets of 20 reps, and Static Squat with back to wall, as long as we can hold it, at the end of each rep we do.

Personally, I found this workout very effective, I hope you also find it useful.
Thanks for reading this far.
See you in a future post.
