Cuando voy de compras por mis frutas, el mel贸n es uno de mis favoritos, pues lo consumo mucho, en jugos, es muy refrescante y cargado de vitaminas y minerales con muchas propiedades y beneficios para la salud.
When I go shopping for my fruits, melon is one of my favorites because I consume it a lot in juices, it is very refreshing and loaded with vitamins and minerals with many properties and health benefits.
Nuevamente me fui a este gran supermercado de mi cuidad, por lo general siempre me dirijo al 谩rea de verduras y frutas, esta vez voy enfocada en comprar Mel贸n, esa fruta ligera y saludable, ya que posee una gran cantidad de agua,rica en fibras, que ejerce una funci贸n diur茅tica en nuestro organismo, adem谩s de contener 谩cido f贸lico, minerales y vitaminas la como la A y C.
Again I went to this great supermarket in my city, usually I always go to the vegetables and fruits area, this time I focused on buying melon, that light and healthy fruit because it has a lot of water, rich in fiber, which exerts a diuretic function in our body, besides containing folic acid, minerals and vitamins such as A and C.
Aqu铆 encontr茅 muchos melones, estaban grandes, pero quiero uno peque帽o, para hacer un jugo para mi desayuno, as铆 que quiero que este maduro, para saberlo debemos precionar con los dedos por la parte en la que se une a la mata y apretar por la parte contraria el mel贸n. Si se hunde mucho esta muy pasado.
Here I found many melons, they were big, but I want a small one, to make a juice for my breakfast, so I want a ripe one, to find out we must press with our fingers on the part where it joins the bush and squeeze the opposite side of the melon. If it sinks a lot it is very overripe.
En cuanto su olor, este debe ser fresco y si el olor es demasiado dulce o, incluso, con notas agrias, es que est谩 pasado.
En cuanto a su peso, mientras m谩s pese por su tama帽o, m谩s pulpa y zumo tendr谩 y, por lo tanto, m谩s jugoso ser谩. Pues por el contrario es demasiado ligero el mel贸n est谩 pasado en exceso.
As for its smell, it must be fresh and if the smell is too sweet or even with sour notes, it is overcooked.
As for its weight, the heavier it is, the more pulp and juice it will have and, therefore, the juicier it will be. If, on the other hand, it is too light, the melon is overripe.
Ahora bien, al fin pude escoger un mel贸n maduro y 贸ptimo, tom茅 uno, el cual estaba arriba de los dem谩s, puesto que aquellos que se situaban en la parte baja, sufrir谩n m谩s golpes y podr铆an estar da帽ados. Este mel贸n tiene un valor de 1.8 $ equivalente a 64.6 BFS. Al llegar a casa lo piqu茅 y estaba muy jugoso y dulce ideal para mi jugo.
